Default Resep Kue Bolu Gulung

3 buah pisang ambon, dibelah empat bagian
6 kuning telur 3 putih telur 100 gram gula pasir
1 sendok teh emulsifier (SP/TBM)
50 gram tepung terugu protein sedang
10 gram tepung maizena
25 gram margarin, dilelehkan
25 ml santan kental instan
1 sendok makan air suji (dari 25 lembar daun suji dan sendok teh air)
4 tetes pewarna hijau
sendok teh garam
25 gram buttercream untuk olesan
20 gram meises cokelat untuk taburan

Cara Membuat Bolu Gulung :

1. Tata pisang ambon di dasar loyang 24x24x3 cm yang di alas kertas roti tanpa dioles margarin dan beri jarak. Sisihkan
2. Kocok telur, gula pasir, dan emulsifier sampai mengembang
3. tambahkan tepung terigu dan tepung maizena sambil diayak dan diaduk rata
4. Masukkan margarin leleh, santan, air suji, pewarna hijau, dan garam sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk perlahan
5. Tuang diatas pisang ambon. Kukus 20 menit dengan api sedang sampai matang
6. Oles tipis buttercream. Tabur meises di salah satu sisi. Gulung sambil dipadatkan
